During your hospital stay

Please feel free to ask your physician or nurse in charge any questions related to your medical examinations or your nursing care. Upon physician, the physician in charge or the ward nurse will explain your treatment and provide a written hospitalization treatment plan to confirm what has been discussed.

1. Name band or identity bracelet
  • We ask all inpatients to wear a name band or an identity bracelet during their hospitalization to ensure that your treatment during your hospital stay proceeds safely and according to plan.
  • On the day of admission, we will ask you to wear the name band either around your wrist or ankle.
  • You may be asked to present the name band when entering an operating room or the examination room or prior to the administration of IVs, blood tests, or drugs.
2. Lights out

Overhead lighting in the wards is turned off at 9:00 p.m.

3. Meals
Meals are served under the guidance of the physician in charge. The schedule of meal service is:
Breakfast7:30 a.m.
Lunch12:00 p.m.
Supper6:00 p.m.
4. Hospital room

We need to ask you to change your room in light of unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.

5. Insurance Certificate

During hospitalization, please show your Insurance Certificate once a month. Please inform Admissions Reception immediately of any change in insurance status during your hospital stay.

6. Complaints and suggestions

We value your comments and opinions, which can help us improve our services. Please share your comments with the ward or place your written comments in the suggestion box located in the inpatient ward.
